An application starts the process. It doesn’t guarantee membership or a particular start date.
What should I have ready?
Your contact details, company name and LinkedIn profile. Think about your team size, workspace needs and monthly budget, as well as what draws you to North House.
What does membership cost?
Rates depend on the membership format and location. We’ll discuss current options and rates during the application process.
How do referrals work?
A referral is welcome, but isn’t required. Everyone follows the same application and review process, with membership based on fit and available space.
How our waitlist works.
Apply for the location you want to join. The next steps depend on whether it’s at capacity or getting ready to open.
When a location is at capacity
Vancouver is at capacity and accepting waitlist applications.
- Apply and tell us about your team, your work and the space you need.
- As spaces become available, we email the most aligned applicants first.
- We arrange tours and a trial period to explore the fit on both sides.
Fit and workspace needs guide the process, rather than queue order.
When a location is launching soon
Calgary and Toronto are launching soon, with waitlists open now.

- We review applications and contact you if there is a fit.
- You get the chance to become a founding member and help shape the new space.
Founding members help select the office space and get first choice of desk location, price discounts and other perks.
