Is North House coworking?
You’ll find workspace here, but membership is about the people, too. We bring founders and their teams together to work alongside one another, share experience and help each other out.
Do I need a referral?
No. If someone knows you and your work, a referral helps us get to know you. Everyone follows the same application and review process, with membership based on fit and available space.
What does membership cost?
It depends on the membership format and location. We’ll share current options and rates during the application process.
What if a location is at capacity or launching soon?
We have waitlists for both. Apply now: at an existing location, we contact the most aligned applicants as space becomes available. At a new location, we review applications for founding membership.
How our waitlist worksAre there day passes?
We do not offer public day passes. Members can bring guests while they’re in the space with them.
Which cities can I apply for?
Vancouver and Victoria are accepting applications: Vancouver is at capacity with a waitlist, and Victoria opens October 1 and is accepting members now. Calgary and Toronto are launching soon, so apply now to join their waitlists.
